Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery more than once. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
